Established in 2010, Top Fenders provides safe and reliable Ship to Ship (STS) transfer operations in Lomé, Togo in accordance with the OCIMF Guidelines.

From our operational base in Lomé, Togo and head office in London we perform over 800 operations a year. With our new craft and wide range and stock of equipment, Top Fenders holds a dominant market share in the region.

What is an STS transfer?

A Ship to Ship transfer is an operation where cargo is transferred between seagoing ships moored alongside each other.

Such operations may take place when one ship is at anchor or when both are underway. Our safety record in STS transfer operations is built on dedicated technical and marine staff with 15 to 20 years of experience in the industry.
